Classic Line Ceramic Slips

Our underglazes (slips) are formulated with an ideal viscosity for application on leather-hard pieces (raw clay with low moisture content).

On bone-dry pieces (dry and raw), it is recommended to dilute with a small amount of water until the desired consistency is achieved.

• Optimum color saturation is achieved at 1100 °C.
• The higher the temperature, the greater the intensity of the shade.

Colors may vary depending on:

• Final temperature reached
• Firing curve (heating and cooling rates)

At lower temperatures (e.g., 1020 °C), tones tend to be softer or pastel. For greater intensity, adjust the firing parameters.

• Mix well before use.
• If the product dries out, add clean water and allow to hydrate.
• Always keep the container tightly closed.
• Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

Sizes: 100 g / 200 g

Recommended temperature:

• Low fire: 1060 °C – 1100 °C
• High fire: 1200 °C – 1240 °C
